Hi! My name is Teresa Carmack. I received my Ph. D. from New Mexico State University in Curriculum and Instruction with a major in Special Education and a minor in Bilingual Education. I currently live in Lewiston, ID, and I am the coordinator for the Online Elementary Education Program at Lewis-Clark State College.
